Pennsylvania Gifts & Awards is now shipping
FREE by UPS Ground method for any orders OVER $24. A $10 shipping and handling fee is charged on all orders under $24 that do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING and are being sent via UPS Ground.

You may not combine gift purchases to reach a $24 minimum while shipping to multiple addresses---each gift purchase must total $24 or over in order to qualify for free shipping per address.
We offer our free shipping for one shipment to one address for orders totaling $24. If there are back orders, we will hold shipment until full order is available and ship free ground or ship partial if a customer requests this and charge customer for only one shipment.

We usually ship our Gifts and Gift Baskets within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday at our regular shipping time. We ship with UPS Monday thru Friday at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Engraving and Embroidery orders may take 3 weeks maximum (before shipping.)

UPS Ground estimated time-in-transit can be calculated by clicking on the map at the top of this page.
Use the "Yellow Zone - PA (from the black arrow)" for calculating shipping time - Do not count the day of your order!

From December 12 through December 25
UPS DOES NOT guarantee their delivery times for
Ground Shipping.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address, as well as a daytime telephone number for each recipient. We can only guarantee your shipment will arrive to its destination if you give us the correct and complete shipping address. Any reshipments due to bad addresses or no-one being available to receive them will result in our billing you for all reshipment costs. If our UPS Carrier adds a charge for correcting an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be billed for it.

The UPS procedure for leaving packages at residences:
Driver has the authority to make the decision if the package should be left on the receiver's property if no-one is home. The driver will not leave the package if he feels the area is not protected sufficiently, but will leave a yellow delivery notice on the door requesting recipient sign it and put it back on the door which allows the driver to leave the package there on the next business day. Also the yellow sticker gives the recipient a choice to call an 800 number and give UPS an alternate delivery address that may be more convenient for them. The driver will attempt to deliver for 3 business days and each day leave a yellow sticker. Saturday Deliveries are not available in all areas and are at an additional charge.

The UPS procedure for leaving packages at businesses:
No package will be left at a business unless someone is there to accept it. Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday unless a Saturday Delivery is requested and the business is open on Saturdays. There is an additional charge for Saturday deliveries. Call us toll free for more information.

We also request a frequently checked e-mail address from you should we need to contact you regarding your order.

We offer all standard UPS shipping methods throughout the United States using the actual UPS Shipping Table. We also include a $3 handling fee per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii:
We're sorry but we do not ship internationally, including Canada or Mexico.
To our Alaska and Hawaii customers, we can only ship by UPS Air. UPS will only accept AIR shipments to Alaska and Hawaii; in this case, 3 Day Select is not considered an AIR shipment; only Next Day and 2nd Day Air.

APO ADDRESSES: Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to Military or APO addresses. In order to accommodate our customers, we do take orders received with APO/FPO addresses to the Post Office for "priority" mailing. There is a minimum charge of $15 depending on the weight of the item being shipped.

Note: Due to current security issues, we are unable to track packages that are mailed to APO and FPO addresses per the U.S. Postal System Confirmation Policy.

During your ordering process you may use your back browser button to test different shipping methods for pricing options.

Our Local Customers (only) should select "Local Customer Pickup" from the drop down menu under shipping methods if you are picking up your order in person. No shipping or handling charges will be calculated using this method.

Once you add an item to your shopping cart you will be given an option to send your gift to more than 1 recipient. Please follow the instructions given there.
