We also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks and Corporate Pre-Approved Net 30 Accounts. We're sorry but ATM cards may not be used for ordering.
*Please note that for Money Order or Personal Check ordering, you may order here on the Web Site and mail your check or money order to us. We will hold your order until receipt of payment-i.e. personal checks must clear through our account before we begin production of your order.
Our existing Corporate Accounts may select the Net 30 Account option for payment. Please follow instructions on the order form. To open a Corporate Account please contact us for information.
1) Gift Baskets & Non-Personalized items will be shipped within 2 Business Days of receipt of order (Order placed after 12:00 PM Friday EST, will be shipped no later than Tuesday).
2) EMBROIDERED ITEMS USUALLY TAKE 3 WEEKS TO SHIP ENGRAVED ITEMS USUALLY TAKE 1 - 2 WEEKS TO SHIP - PLEASE CALL 1-888-GIFTSPA or 1-610-647-3337 IF YOU NEED YOUR GIFT TO BE RECEIVED IN LESS THAN 4 WEEKS.
3) CALL US FOR ESTIMATED SHIP DATE or RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLITLY! (Please do not assume the delivery date.)
Our standard Free Gift Wrap consists of a Gift Bag with coordinating tissue paper & a hand-written Gift Card with your Gift Message.
Fruits, with no preservatives, can only be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air to all West Coast addresses in order for us to guarantee you the highest quality. We reserve the right to substitute non-seasonal fruits and chocolates depending on climate. If shipping Gift Baskets to or during warm climate, chocolates will be replaced with gourmet candies.
We maintain a large inventory in order to fill your orders with exactly what you selected, unfortunately during peak times we may run out of specific items. We will only substitutue foods and containers with equal or greater value items. All other items will be canceled unless we are instructed to send a substitution. We will send email confirmation of cancelation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will notify you of any backorders of gifts, awards & sportswear with alternate options available immediately, as well as the estimated date the backorder will be available.
We WILL NOT process your order until we receive your response.
All items in our Web Store are available at volume discounts. Please call for details.
Due to California law we can not ship fruit to California. We have Dried Fruit Selections to offer as substitutions to Fresh Fruit.
If an item is defective or if you are dissatisfied with your order, simply return the item & we will replace the item or credit your charge card, at your request, providing you notify us within 10 days from date of shipment.
If your order is received damaged due to apparent mishandling by UPS, PLEASE keep "EVERYTHING" as received, including bubble wrap, etc. so UPS can pick it up from you and evaluate the damage and reason for the claim. Again, Notification to us MUST be within 10 days of shipment.
